The loading inspection and tally of cargo for vessel or ship

Cargo survey and tally for vessel period of loading is to inspect on condition of goods, safety of handling and stowage operation, lashing & securing to be fixed, weight and quantity to be delivered from shore to ship and to prevent loss and damage before transportation at sea.

What are AIM Control surveillance?

Hatch covers and cargo holds of vessel survey for condition in suitable before loading

Before loading, AIM Control (AIM Group®) surveyors survey on the condition of the hatch cover of vessel to ensure that it is watertight (no leaking), and to inspect on condition of cargo holds of ship to ensure the cleanness and free-smell for suitable loading of cargo.

Pre-loading survey of cargo condition is to identify the packing and physical conditions before loading.

Sampling of cargo

Sampling of cargo is an important process in the transportation wherein an independent surveyor will be acquiring several bags, cartons in random order, random solution of figuring out called the sampling of products (other requirement) and to analysis, moisture test, weigh, etc.

Loading supervision

The marine cargo surveyor and inspector will make sure that the loading operation is safety and recommendation to Master or concerned parties asap when identifying the risks can be arisen to avoid problems to cargo.

Packing and Marking

Packing and marking are the right codes in the shipment, if the packaging of the cargo is correct and to know the flaws found in the labeling of the shipment itself. The inspection is to the avoidance of possible damages and other problems that manufactured shipment may be caused.

In connection to that, if the shipment are good to go by the requirements of its positioning in the bag cartons and the packaging itself as well writing and printing of marking, material made bag cartons aiming meet to the standard of selling in market, transportation.

Tally of quantity and Sealing

Tallying of quantity (with supervision) during the loaded operation to counting of cargo in sound to be loaded, in defect or torn to be rejected.

Sealing of cargo holds and hatch covers is to prevent the loss of weight and quantity at voyage from loading ports to discharging.

Certificate and Report of survey results

Before your signature Master Receipt &/or Bill of lading, or payment of value of purchase order remaining, we issue the report of loading of cargo survey consisting of results and photos to customer.

 

The loading inspection and tally of cargo for container

Before loading, AIM Control (AIM Group®) inspectors check on the condition of the container to ensure that it is watertight (no leaking), and to inspect on condition of cargo in packing.

Pre-shipment inspection of goods condition is to identify the packing and physical conditions before loading (Based on AQL or random).

The quantity of pieces will be checked in random

The quantity of cartons or pallets will be tallied 100%

Carton Tally and Sealing of Container

The loading and stowage of cargo will be surveyed in suitable for transportation at sea.

The sealing will be carried out at doors of containers (also witness of sealing of carrier)

Results of Survey Report or Certificate

The quality and quantity (weight) certificate of loaded goods will be issued to send for customer.
