1. RICE TESTING & LABORATORY SERVICES: 

• Our laboratory facilities for rice testing include state of the art scientific equipment for both physical and chemical analysis. Our testing methods include: 

• Grain measuring (physical analysis). 

• Alkali testing.

• Cooking test for Rice.

• Chemical testing for amylase content using a Spectrophotometer. 

• Tincture testing to determine the glutinous rice mixing in Parboiled Rice. 

• Crop chemical testing to determine the crop’s age. 

• Our lab technicians have expert knowledge and experience which ensures accuracy and precision in our analysis. 

2. RICE SUPERVISION DURING RICE PACKED INTO BAGS AT WAREHOUSE S OF SELLERS/ SUPPLIER

• Weight verification of empty bags before packing.

• Checking marking, printing of empty bags.

• Supervision of the packing and marking of bags. 

• Weight verification of each empty bag with rice after packing on a minimum of 10% of the total amount shipped. 

• Quality verification on a minimum of 2% randomly selected. 

• Supervision quality rice during packing.

• Supervision rice in bags loaded into lighters/ barges to water travel from West provinces to Ho Chi Minh port, Vietnam. 

• Daily reconciliation reports. 

• Immediate notification of discrepancies with corrective action taken prior to notification.

3. CLEANLINESS CARGO HOLDS SURVEY &/OR WATERTIGHT CONTAINERS SURVEYS/ INSPECTION.

We inspect & verify to ensure that transportation standards of all ship or vessel are of the highest quality for transport of rice in bags at ports of Vietnam, Including: 

• Cleanliness Holds survey.
• Checking to Free from dirt, odors, cargo residues, foreign matter or infestations for holds of ships/vessel, containers.

4. QUALITY & QUANTITY COMMERCIAL INSPECTION:

• Inspection to ensure the rice is no damaged, contaminated or heated, ect. 

• Observation of loss due to demurrage or dead-freight.

5. RICE LOADING SUPERVISION INTO LOADING RICE IN BAGS INTO CONTAINERS AND SHIP/ VESSEL:

• Re-inspection on rice quality in bags in lighters/barges before loading into containers, ship’s holds. 

• Re-inspection on weight of rice in bags in lighters/barges before loading into containers, ship’s holds. 

• Re-inspection on rice moisture in bags in lighters/barges before loading into containers, ship’s holds.

• Rice In Bags Loading Inspection/Supervision.

• Tally / counting of quantity of rice bags.

• Rejecting all of damages/loss/torn/dirty rice bags. 

• Replacement of all packaging damaged/torn/loss/dirty during loading. 

• Checking seal quality of all repackaging damaged before reloading. 

• Inspection to ensure all holds are clean, dry, odorless and fit for loading. 

• Inspection to ensure the commodities are fully loading on board.
