What is IMDG certification?
IMDG (IMO) Vessel Training provides initial or recurrent training in mandated IMDG regulations and procedures to participants involved with the shipping, handling, survey and certification and/or transport dangerous goods by vessel.
What is the IMDG Code certificate?
The IMDG code requires employees/ surveyors of AIM Group who are on behalf of vessel carriers that ship dangerous goods internationally to receive IMDG certification. Additionally, if your goods hazardous materials by loaded on that vessel, your carrier may require your packages to meet international standards before they will accept them for shipment.
What is a vanning survey?
These surveys are carried out by AIM Group in order to ensure the safety of the goods and its handling personnel, during transportation by sea, rail or road. In such instances, supervision of vanning operations of each container is required and a vanning report is typically issued following the survey.
