Annex MARPOL VI and the Act to Prevent Pollution

At the 74th session (May 2019), the Commission for Marine Environmental Protection (MEPC) of the Group

International Maritime Organization (IMO) has passed MEPC.321 Resolution (74) - 2019 Guidance on

control of the Port Authority under Chapter 3 of Annex VI MARPOL (PSC Guidance

2019). This resolution recommends the Government, when exercising control of the Government

The port is in accordance with Annex VI of MARPOL, applying PSC Directive 2019 from 1 January 2020.

The National Register Department encloses this Technical Notice in English and original version
