AIM Control offer the project appraisal and construction inspection services to verify the design of buildings and infrastructure according to design codes and local regulations.

We supervise project and construction works on site, during every stage. the customers include Public Administration bodies, project investors, real estate owners, insurance companies or construction companies.

The object of these services are to compare constructors' design, drawings and specifications with the applicable codes, standards and purchase specification which includes operations to verify design and stress calculations, working drawings, material specifications, control-systems to operate in accordance with construction requirements. These requirements can be based on owners expectations, insurance company demands, local law or (inter-)national standards.

Appraisal of project and inspection of construction can be obtained as a single service, but will typically be offered as part of a package of independent construction supervision.
