Final Random Inspection service

In international trade, two scopes of AIM Control (AIM Group®) final inspection are Final Random Inspection service (called FRI) and Final 100 Percent Inspection to control on quality and specification, packing and marking for each shipment in identifying number of critical, major and minor defects to report results of inspection to Customers prior loading and shipping.

The final random inspection is to verify on quality specification of product appearance in a purchased shipment, workmanship, size measurements, weight check, functionality assortment, accessories, labeling & logos, packaging, packing and other tests and special requirements, depending on the buying and selling contract of shipment, its specification, the international & imported standards market basing on taking of random product or cargo from a shipment.

In AIM Control’s final inspection services, the random samples of shipment chosen with standard method and conscious decision as per Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) in random or 100% products of shipment for inspecting.

AIM Control (AIM Group®) goods inspectors chooses samples of goods or product in a shipment basing on a specific quantity of completed products, on it's positions in shipment, on it's specifications, on customer’s requirements, AQL & inspector’s protocols and experiment expertise.

At the site of final inspection performed completely, a fully detailed final random inspection certificate reported and attached with pictures, comments will be immediately sent to Customer. The customer is who decides on Accept or Reject.

In case of a shipment is rejected, Customer considers to order AIM Control (AIM Group®) Re-inspection on random or 100% products after supplier's action of re-production. We also support to find solutions between seller and supplier.

When? at the onsite time of a shipment's products fabricated and at least 80% to 100% and ready packed into export cartons, a final random inspections will taken place. (before loading accepted)

Where? A final inspection service will taken place at the factory; premises of suppliers and anywhere in Vietnam & International Locals. In some case it could be taken place at the forwarder's premises or at the port of exporter.
