Pre-shipment Inspections are as per L/C : The buyer and seller negotiated and signed a sale contract and Buyer's L/C with the content mentioned the Specification Pre-Shipment Inspections and Loading Supervision must be carried out by AIM Control (AIM Group®) Inspection Group (Third Independent Party). AIM Control's PSI Certificate is one of evidences for banker releases Credit Deposit for Seller. Therefore, The PSI also called Independent Pre-shipment Inspection.

Pre-shipment Inspections are as per buyer's requirement: After the buyer negotiated and signed a sale contract, Buyer contact with AIM Control (AIM Group®) (Urgent email: aimcontrol@aimcontrolgroup.com) to order the Quality Pre-Shipment Inspection and Loading Supervision, AIM Control (AIM Group®) Independent surveyors will conduct the pre-shipment inspection to send PSI results for buyer's approval before loading for exporting, This PSI called Buyer's Pre-shipment Inspection.

All of the above mentioned inspections aims at controlling of shipment goods to ensure the conformity of L/C, the Sale Contract (Purchase Orders/ P.O) as well its specifications, and last in buyer's requirement, international trade law.

Step I: AIM Control (AIM Group®) Pre-shipment inspection PSI:

AIM Control (AIM Group®) Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) will be carried out at the goods were packed from 80%-100% (after production). After PSI is completed, we will send you our results of inspection and photos at the site of inspection. (via email)

You and your buyer will be review to agree for loading of goods or no.

Step II: AAIM Control (AIM Group®) Loading Supervision and Tallying of quantity (LS):

if you are ok, we will inform Supplier (Seller) for loading and our surveyor will supervise during (consisting of survey condition of containers) and tallying of quantity. And witness of sealing to container's doors after loading completed, Collecting the shipping document.

Step III: AIM Control (AIM Group®) Final Inspection Report: The Final Inspection report will be issued to send you ASAP after inspections completed.

To conduct the above inspections, we need to have some details as followings:

1. Kind of cargo/ goods

2. Packing list draft and specification

3. Quantity of shipment

4. Label and packing shipping marks

5. Purchase Order (P.O), Sale contract, your requirement of inspection in details.

6. Local and address of supplier/ seller and their premise.

7. Tel., fax, email, phone of supplier, seller and seller’s export authority’s personnel name, his/her hand-phone, email.

8. Goods will be loaded into containers or vessel's holds? (if vessel, also confirm us ship’s name, ship agent’s contact, loading port’s name)

Ex: Dimensional pre-shipment inspection, Documentation review, Packing and marking pre-shipment inspection, Visual pre-shipment inspection, Witness tests and sampling, Verifying the number of packing cases and marking against contractual specifications, pre-shipment inspection for appropriate handling during loading, pre-shipment inspection on the stowing, fastening and wedging on the means of transport.
