What are standard quality inspection services and company?

1. Standard quality inspection services are activities of measurement, sampling, testing in laboratory, identifying, a physical visual and verifying on a cargo to check it in standards as first requirement and agreement.
2. The quality inspection company is a third party inspection which is independent in their above activities.

Quality control / quantity inspection of all product types

According to client's need, inspections may take place at the following stages of the production of merchandise.

1. Initial Production Check (IPC) Materials, components and the first few finished units are checked at the commencement of production against specifications and reference samples. The IPC should be carried out then approximately 10% of the merchandise has been produced (minimum 50 pieces)
2. During Production Check (DUPRO). AIM Control Inspection Group will check that the corrections and improvements suggested during the IPC were implemented, examine the existing production, advise the manufactures of any further corrections or improvements to be made. The DUPRO should be carried out when 30~50% of the merchandise has been produced (minimum 50 pieces).
3. Final Random Pre-shipment Inspection (FRI): AIM Control Inspection Group will check the selected samples against the specifications and reference samples. This inspection involves a close examination covering such items as construction, workmanship, function, appearance, packing, labeling and marking, etc. If necessary, we will draw samples on site and send them to AIM Control Inspection Group lab or the destinations appointed by the client for analysis.  FRI takes place after the merchandise has been 100% produced and at least 80% of the shipment packed.
4. Loading Supervision (LS): This service ensure that a lot is being shipped in proper condition and in its entirety. When the lot is to be shipped by container, AIM Control Inspection Group first examine the container itself and then ensure that the stuffing operation is carried out properly, namely that cartons are securely stacked and not mishandled.
5. Claim Survey (CS): When the merchandise arrived at the destination, AIM Control Inspection Group will check the selected samples against the specifications and reference samples.
6. Certificate approval

The inspection service covers all kinds of cargo, products additives and cosmetics, etc.

What are AIM Control's Quality Control / Quantity Inspection Certification steps carried out

Step 1

Client Fill in the application for inspection service.

Offer the copy for order form and credit letter.

Present the inspection standards and detail requirement.

Step 2

Fax to AIM Control Inspection Group to check all the documents.

Step 3

AIM Control Inspection Group confirms the application, then  and fax the quotation to client

Step 4

Client accepts the quotation and sign it, then fax it back to AIM Control Inspection Group. Client should remit money before inspection operation, and fax the copy of transfer receipt to AIM Control Inspection Group.

Step 5

AIM Control Inspection Group fax the inspection requisition to client. Client confirm the detail and sign it, then fax back to AIM Control Inspection Group.

Step 6

In the next workday after operation, AIM Control Inspection Group will send the quality inspectors to site for carry out the inspection and collecting the document of shipment.

Sending of the inspection report to buyer per mail or fax. Once the buyer confirmed it, AIM Control Inspection Group will provide certificate to supplier immediately.
