A mandatory Gost certification is to protect of Russian and their environment under R stands for almost of equipment, machinery and products cargo imported into Russia federation on the quality or technical standard controlled and issued by AIM Control (AIM Group®).

Voluntary Certificate used to for products not subjected mandatory certification according to the Russian law. (Exporters or importers initiates voluntary certification).

Single shipment certificates GOST-R.

That kind of certificate is a good solution for companies which export their products only occasionally. The single shipment certificate is valid for one delivery. who can prove that they have customer in Russia (by a contract signed by Russian receiver or by an invoice) their customer in Russia.

To issue the Gost certificates needed for exporting to Russia audits of factory are rarely used. Usually certificates are issued based on the documents:

• Technical description of products, harmonised system code (HS code), customs code, pictures, ISO certificate.

• Some products need additional certification: Hygienic Certificate, Fire Certificate, and Declaration of Conformity.

Steps of issuing  certificates:

1. Client sends us by email technical description, HS codes, and pictures.

2. We confirm type of certificate needed (GOST R certificate, Declaration, TR certificate, hygienic) and price. Usually 2 working days. In difficult cases could be up to 10 working days.

3. If Client agrees with terms, we start the procedure of certification. For GOST R Certificate, Declaration and TR Certificate - up to 10 working days, Hygienic - 30-45 working days, depend on a product, Fire Certificate - up to 30 working days.

4. Original of the certificate with authorized copies are sent to you.

5. Client can go in this website to find their product code

In case of serial GOST R certificate - product description, hs code, ISO Certificate, pictures of product. In case of single shipment certificate - the certificate is issued to the buyer of product and that's why additionally will need contract, invoice between seller and buyer and Russian buyer company registration documents

Photos usually needed, if there is not enough technical description and in case we can't understand the functionality. Client can send us photo by email.
