What is an quality product inspection services?

An inspection services with a lot of activities of the verification of product quality to pre-identified quality specifications "before" (fabricated material inspection and  initial product inspection), "during" ( production process inspection of products) or "after" (final production inspection of products) the production process.

Prior to the manufacturing process, raw materials can be inspected to identify if the materials themselves meet specifications.

The products are inspected at the vendor to verify that quality requirements and specifications with its function and operation are being met.

After production completed, goods can be inspected prior to loading and unloading to verify that the approved final product is shipped and received according to the buyer’s requirements.

The followings are steps of AIM Control (AIM Group®) quality control inspection of product

Pre-Production Inspection services

Pre-Production Inspections are Raw Material inspection: This is an inspection of raw materials prior to production to verify that the quality specifications for materials are being met.

After product samples are provided, our product surveyor will verify that the factory has ordered the correct materials, components, and accessories. We will also randomly select and inspect a sample of partially produced products for potential defects, then report our findings to you.  Our product inspector also provides the factory with the technical advice necessary to minimize the defects product.

Initial Production Inspections:

With many production processes, much of the production set up is done at the front end to allow the review of product quality requirements before mass production begins. It is Initial Production Inspections.

During Production Inspection services

This During Production Inspection validates the initial production process has been maintained and that goods being produced continue to meet quality requirements. A follow-up if poor product were found during Pre-Production Results.  Normally, During Production Inspections are carried out when 10-15% of the merchandise is completed.  Product inspector will also identify the defects of product and inform the factory.

Final Random Inspections / Pre-shipment inspection services

This Final Random Inspection (pre-shipment inspection) takes place prior to shipment and assesses whether final product meets all quality specifications (i.e., color, workmanship, label, function, fit, product safety, size, packaging of product, etc.) and can be shipped without delay. The objective of this inspection is to identify any quality defects that would prevent shipment of inadequate product and This Pre-shipment inspection ensures that your product is consistent and compliant with all country, industry, or otherwise-specified requirements.

AQL Sample Collection services

Product samples are selected at a factory (or other sampling location) by the product inspector for forwarding to a client or to a laboratory for testing. Sample Collection may be performed as part of a product inspection or as a separate service.

On-Site Checking

On-Site Checking can vary depending on a product’s nature and function. The following examinations, however, can be performed on-site during Pre-Production, During Production, and Final Random Inspections

Loading/Unloading Supervision

This Loading supervision provides witness to the loading and unloading of product to verify that only the inspected and approved final product is shipped and received according to the buyers' requirements.

Our product inspector and surveyor will closely monitor the loading process, verify product quantity, and ensure proper handling of the cargo. Upon completion, the container will be sealed under witness of our inspector as proof of compliance.
