Tally clerk of AIM Group for counting activities are aimed at:
To control of quantity / weight
To supervise of product in delivery, loading, unloading, receipt of shipment

Roles and Responsibilities of Tally clerk team in activity and results of tally services
Based on the results of the tallying then:
Followings and complies with established procedures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
Examine and inspect containers, materials, and product to ensure that packaging specifications are met.
Ability to input data into computer software
Housekeeping of working area
Ability to take ownership of quality of work performed
Understand other department and locations to minimize downtime
Ability to use computers and radios to communicate regarding product
Safety awareness when using or working around forklifts/hand pallet jacks, cranes, at factory, at port's yard, on board of vessel
Communicate effectively via email and in person with others regarding Tally team. In team player, able to lead and ability to get along in a group environment and strong communication skills and follows directions
Preferably 5+ year of experience in food manufacturing environment, packing house, ports, vessels, containers and other in tallying.
The health responds to a working environment such as position requires standing, and walking on a regular basis for prolonged periods. Ability to work any day and/or shift including weekends and holidays and near vision-ability to see details at close range.
To calculate for value on shortage / loss in money
To compensate for loss of quantity or shortage of weight

To report any product or discrepancies to Manager/Supervisor.

Knowledge and Experience
In services:
In-depth understood of natural product standards and specifications of packing list consisting of shipping marks, label. . .
Understand the method of exact counting the quantity of goods according to different tally services for each different type of goods
In experienced with situational assessment such as identifying cargo conditions, condition of weather, auditing on delivery vehicles (truck, barge, container, vessel and premise), basic defects, mark of fumigation, empty bags, scan and label machines. . .
Read and understand the stowage plan, packing list, and concerned data
In recording of all defective, rejected, and unsound products. . .
The tally man communicates with the production team regarding entry and output of cargo or product to Managers/Supervisors.
The tally staff adheres to ensure food safety system are adhered to in all processes and risk control for various shipment.
Tallying and supervising of delivery (receipt) in strictly under procedures and the actual site and using tally software.
In writing of tally sheet (with counter-signature), daily record, final tally report, quantity certification
also vast experience in sampling as per AQL and other standards
In cooperated with the concerned parties and understand their responsibilities and roles to protect for their principal's rights in the provided tally services
In loss prevention and risks management:
In understanding the marine cargo losses and types of losses
In quantity surveying how various losses occur in different types of cargo to control and prevention
In the comprehend claims procedures for risk management
In finding out valuable tools and resources in either the prevention of loss / shortage or the Investigation, handling, and survey stages of a claim
In knowledge of the international conventions, standards, and foundational statutes including the principle of general average, claim insurance
acquire an understanding of marine cargo policy language and the various institute clauses.
