Roles and responsibility of AIM Control’s Tally men clerk and surveyors

Arrangement

• One tally man is at a #gang (or a container)

• One supervisor is at a #cargo hold

• One Chief Tally is to manage in generally

• One experience surveyor is to control all of activities and consultancy to Master and others

• One henchman is always to check and control the cheating, stealing, disconnecting from concerned parties

• The operator is at the office to connect all time to site.

• The above personnel are experienced from 10 years to over 30 years in their position

Roles

• Operating 24/24 during of loading (or discharging)

• Calculating exactly the quantity and weight of each sling at #gang to write in a Tally sheet

• Supervising of cargo in holds and port’s yard or barges

• Reject/ Returning of cargo in un-sound condition (dirty, moisture, rusted, caked, moudy, scratched, squashed, warped, deformed, torn, namely damaged in physical)

• Survey of stowage

• Supervising of dunnage, lashing and securing

• Monitoring of handling to prevent on an accident and incident or identify on its

• Watch keeping of weather in bad, in dark clouds, raining and behaviors of stevedore and foreman and others
