Purpose of cargo tallying services on loading and discharging in Vietnam is to prevent shortage (damage or loss) of goods in shipping and identifying condition of products.

Loading tallying verification services provided to be assurance that:

• The package has been packed, marked and labelled in suitable for transportation by Sea.

• The number or quantity of goods to be shipped or delivered in accuracy

• That described in shipping documents such as the bill of lading, letter of credit, mate’s receipt, or other documents.

• The handling, stowage and lashing, dunnage will be supervised by AIM Control (AIM Group®) whole loading of the shipment cargo

Unloading tallying survey services provided to be confirmed that:

• The amount of intact goods is unloaded and delivered to the receiver in sound condition.

• The quantity and weight of cargo were torn

• The quantity and weight were swept at bottom of cargo holds (floor of container)

• The quantity and weight of cargo is unloaded in damage/ loss

• At discharging port of Vietnam, the delivery/receipt cargo tally services provided the number or quantity of goods to be discharged in fact.
