AIM Control (AIM Group®) is third party in providing inspection and quality control on a elemental composition in the compound of metals as incinerated steel scrap quality control inspection and dispute between buyer and seller as well other. Email .
What is Incinerated steel scrap?, this goods are Part shredded part Incinerated.
The scrap must be free from toxic chemical, radioactive materials, inflammables, explosives, organic matters originated from animals or plants with danger of epidemic diseases and medical waste.
The scrap is free from bombs, arms, ammunitions, torpedoes, mines, shells, cartridges, seal containers or tanks or envelops, gas cylinder, explosive shells or explosive material in any form.
The scrap is 95% free from admixtures such as: lubricant, grease, rubber, plastic, oil parts, alloy, asphalt, wood, chemical and other impurity and non-metals.
Excess residue/molten steel, steel shavings/turnings, slag, dross, trash and clippings are not acceptable and they are considered as impurity
Impurity and non-metals must be less than 5%.
Excess residue/molten steel, steel shavings/turnings, slag, mill scale, dross, trash and clippings, “Counterbalance” block are not acceptable and they are considered as impurity.
The importance is negotiation agreement between Buyer & Seller in Sale Contract and the definite of above terms.
in incinerated steel scrap quality control inspection, the accurate incinerated steel scrap analysis and testing for composition, grade and presence of impurities is a key component of scrap metal recovery and recycling.
AIM Control (AIM Group®) analyzes accurately shipment of specification quality of incinerated steel scrap composition and metal scrap composition as well control inspection to monitor the composition of melts, separating, grind, carbonization and others to be examined the foreign substances and matters, the the presence of impurities, i.e Fe, Plastic, Soils, Dusts, Nonferrous metal, Moisture by water, Paint and calculate input weight, output weight.
Survey Place of incinerated steel scrap quality is at factory of supplier, loading ports, loading places, discharging ports, consignee and buyer’s warehouse, others places.
Inspection Purpose of incinerated steel scrap quality on composition as well sampling, testing: for buyer to cargoes are meet to specification of PO and Agreement, for claim to determine ratio of foreign materials and extent of damage and loss, for dispute between Buyer & Seller and for others.
Main AIM Control's Surveyor's actions:
WEIGHING OF THE ENTIRE; SOURCE SAMPLING, SEPARATE OF SAMPLES ON SIZES, WEIGHING OF SIZES, SAMPLING OF SIZES, TESTING OF MAGNET, CALCULATE OF RATIO ON SIZES.
(before sealing of goods containers for loading / pre-shipment inspection and/or after verification of goods container's sealing for unloading / discharging survey / dispute inspection):
Inspection for incinerated steel scrap loading/pre-shipment:
Settlement, party and umpire analysis
Quality and quantity verification
Supplier evaluation and qualification
Inspections of containerized shipments
Issuance of Pre-shipment Inspection Certificate for shipments of Scrap with destination.
Issuance of Damage / Loss Inspection Report for shipments of Scrap with claim.
Inspection for incinerated steel scrap unloading/ claim & dispute:
Consignment and its shipping document
Incinerated steel scrap containers of shipment weighing
Supervision on incinerated steel scrap containers unloaded
Sampling on incinerated steel scrap container (separate on each container) & weighing of each sample and handling of samples
Each incinerated steel scrap sample separated on sizes and visual types and weighing of each type. (ex: choice of average & big pieces by hands to separate, reaming chip and dust were sieve with various sieve sizes to separate into sizes of goods)
Testing and inspection on sizes and the separated visual types of each sample: magnet testing, weighing.
Calculating of ratio (soil/goods)
Photos and Camera the entire actions and others as evidence of inspection at the site.
Issuance of Damage / Loss Inspection Report for shipments of Scrap with claim.

The evidence of AIM Control's incinerated steel scrap quality control on Loading operation for Buyer in exported Chile:
Noted: Nowadays, there are many mafia who are scammers under the seller (supplier) is not real (fake) in the world's metals and others scrap in trade (according to our experience in this field inspection and audit).
”the buyers need to validate a supplier before the negotiations”, It means needing to audit a supplier and their goods capacity of scrap metals in, Do not?
if yes, it is called “Audit of Supplier”
The followings are some conditions to AIM Control’s inspector can complete this job.
Buyer must inform for a supplier on their needing to AIM Control carrying out the “Audit of Supplier” at seller’s premise address where is being stored their scrap metals.
The supplier must agree for AIM Control (AIM Group®) surveyor carrying the inspection and taking of photos.
The supplier must copy their Company of ENTERPRISE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE issued by Government.
The supplier must give AIM Control (AIM Group®) surveyor some evidences on they owned scrap metals present and its document (if can) at the time of audit.
The supplier must give AIM Control (AIM Group®) surveyor some evidences of previous sell contracts (they can be erased the prices and buyers).
After having the confirmed from you or your supplier on the above, we will attend at their premise address for auditing.
