Containerization

Containerization is a system of freight transport based on a range of steel intermodal containers (also shipping containers). Containers are built to standardized dimensions, and can be loaded and unloaded, stacked, transported in international trade.

Container loading:

Full container load

A Full Container Load (FCL) is loaded and unloaded under the risk and account of one shipper and only one consignee, in practice it means that the whole container is intended for one consignee. Ideally FCL means the container is loaded to its allowable maximum weight or volume. In practice, the FCL in the ocean freight does not always mean packing a container to its full payload or full capacity.

Less than container load

Less than container load (LCL) is a shipment that is not large enough to fill a standard cargo container. Less Than Carload or Less Than Container Load is "a quantity of cargo less than that required for the application of a carload rate. It can also be defined as "a consignment of cargo which is inefficient to fill a shipping container. It is grouped with other consignments for the same destination in a container at a container freight station.

Loss at sea

Containers occasionally fall from the ships, usually during storms and other causes are lost at sea.

Shortage and damage at delivery, shipping and receiving:

Containers with the stuffed cargo are shortage of quantity, weight and damage of quality to cargo due to the seaworthiness of containers are not suitable.

Container loading supervision and certification for shipping

Container loading supervision also called Container loading inspection (or Container loading survey). AIM Control's inspectors, surveyors and tally-men are not only to perform the actions of measurement, sampling, testing, and inspection on specification of cargo before and upon cargo container loading, cargo container unloading but also usual and visual inspection of container condition, tally of quantity, weight witness (tare and cargo), sealing witness and unsealing witness to control quality & quantity of cargo in international trade.

What? The Container Loading Inspection (CLI) covers the quantity check, the packing list check, the container conditions, the process of the loading (cartons conditions, filling-up level etc) and also a quick inspection on selected sampling size to check the workmanship, main functions, packaging and packing of your products.

We, Our Cargo Container loading inspection based in Vietnam, China, India, Korea, Asia, Europe, the Middle East Anywhere of Countries to protect your orders in good condition.

Night overtime rate: Negotiation, please kindly email to aimcontrol@hotmail.com

The inspector will stay at the factory after 7PM till late in order to supervise a shipment or to implement the necessary corrective actions.

Additional inspection report rate: € 50.

You might need different inspection reports to be established within the same man-day, especially if your order has multiple references.

Collection of samples: Free of charge.

Our inspectors can pick up your samples and send it to you. It could be mass production samples, defective samples etc.

Defect sorting option: Free of charge.

All defective items inspected will be sorted out and we will ask the factory to either rework or replace these products.
