AIM Control (AIM Group®) has an entire team of marine and cargo experts assigned to that vessels and shipping.

Our staff communicates with the ship’s agent and stevedore’s personnel prior to the arrival of the nominated vessel and availability of loading of cargo white rice shipment in order to provide a non-biased and fair assessment of all ETAs and berthing information.

AIM Control (AIM Group®) can perform onsite inspections of the LOAD white rice goods to determine their suitability to handle your product and to ensure your best interests are safe guarded.

Members of our trained surveyors, inspectors, tally clerk, supervisors will be on board to communicate daily with customer relative to the white rice cargo transfer’s progress and/or problems incurred.

AIM Control (AIM Group®) assigned surveyors will keep a close eye on the White rice cargo quality; alerting client to any possible contaminated, damaged, distressed, or out of the ordinary cargo and any risks for prevention.

If any white rice cargoes are found not to be of sound quality, AIM Control (AIM Group®)’s surveyors will advise the customer and then assist the Stevedores in proficiently segregating and reject said cargo of white rice defects.

All records of surveying and tallying are kept updated in real time and made available to customers upon request.

We will prepare a load report of Thailand Vietnamese long white rice and time sheet, and provide any multitude of services which will assist in the prompt and orderly transfer of the cargo including displacement surveys on barges, vessels, as well as a full office staff that has a combined total of 50+ years of experience in the maritime industry.

If barges or trucks are involved in the long white rice cargo transfer, AIM Control (AIM Group®) has a team which specializes in the management and coordination a “load plan” ensuring the requested amount of tonnage per barge is loaded.
